“The reason two camels walk together is so that one can blow the dust from the other’s eyes.” – African Proverb
When you see yourself clearly you can do what you need to do to live the more, improved, better life that you want and deserve. The problem is your eyes look outward all day, and who you are lies within you:
- Your dreams, desires and solutions
- Your thoughts, memories and emotions
- Your love, gifts, strengths, personality, wisdom and natural talents
Eyes that look outward see others and think “He is…” and “They can…” Without balancing these thoughts with self-awareness, they naturally turn inward to but “I’m not” or “I can’t”. Your thoughts may be true in the moment, but left unchecked or unchallenged they become your belief: an automatic way of thinking about yourself. Thoughts that are not in line with solutions, truth, love or growth build heavy feelings like resentment, frustration or overwhelm. They make it hard to find motivation and take the productive actions you take when your mind is clear.
With this cycle, some aspects of life get stuck leaving you thinking (almost screaming inside), “What should I do? I don’t know what to do.” Then you try, and do not get fulfilling results – again.
This is all normal human stuff, but there is a better way.
A Clear Inner Focus certified life coach helps you see yourself without judgement. That alone is incredibly liberating.
Your desire for real change often comes with the awareness that you are playing a part in the challenges you are experiencing. Often that awareness is followed by the thought, “What is wrong with me?”
Nothing is wrong with you! Thinking this often stops people from seeking outside help – for years, decades or a lifetime.
This is all normal human stuff, but there is a better way.
A Clear Inner Focus Life Coach is not a counselor or psychiatrist. Their training is focused on helping you find your answers within you. We do not look into the past to find the cause of challenges. Instead we look at life today and help you see the powerful part you can play in making a lasting difference in your life – and in making life better for others.
CIF Life Coaches do this by:
- Sharing guidelines to make learning feel safe and comfortable.
- Bringing greater, non-judgmental awareness to the full picture of what you are experiencing.
- Guiding you to know your answer, practice it and see your growth.
- Hearing and then reminding you of how you already succeed and encouraging you to apply your working in new areas.
- Sharing new things to think about or ways to see things and tools you can use for your lifetime.
- Helping you see, know and trust that you are doing your part to lead change so you can trust God (or your definition of the Divine) and others to do the rest.
