6 Simple Steps to Certification

  2. Enroll – Complete and submit your application; pay via online invoice or check.
  3. Materials Delivered – Receive a 303-page manual and Flip Your Focus by Patty Jackson, plus digital access.
  4. Engage & Learn – Watch recorded lessons and participate in live Zoom classes to practice, ask questions, and grow.
  5. Meet Requirements –

  • Attend at least 70% of live sessions

  • View all content videos

  • Take part in three triad coaching sessions

  • Conduct ten coaching sessions outside class

  • Complete one coaching session with a certified mindset coach

  • Attend two mentor sessions with a Master Life Coach

  • 6. Get Certificate. Receive your certification by US mail and use the Clear Inner Focus Certified Coach Logo for email, marketing, and print materials.

The course offers universal benefits, including:

We prioritize a personalized approach, supporting each student in developing their unique coaching style. To ensure this, we keep our class sizes to 12 or fewer students.

Many of our students manage full-time jobs while taking the course. Each week, the first half of the instruction is delivered through pre-recorded content, which you can watch at your convenience. Each video is approximately 2 hours long. Additionally, there is a live class that requires 1.5 hours per week.

Outside of class, we provide optional “homeplay” activities—things you can think about, read, or practice to enhance your learning. These activities are optional but highly beneficial, and they typically require less than 2 hours per week.

Most students find the coursework invigorating and they look forward to live classes rather than feeling overwhelmed by them. 

We offer a full tuition refund (minus manual/book/shipping costs) if requested within 24 hours after the second live class, once you’ve attended both.

Our curriculum includes ICF Core Competencies and the Code of Ethics. After completing the program, you can pursue ICF accreditation independently via the Portfolio Path.

  • Coaching triads, partner coaching, mentor coaching (2 sessions), and a personal coaching session
