There are two important reasons we start this way:

  1. Parents are a teen’s most steady support system during their growing years, and your understanding of the process helps you reinforce your teen’s progress at home.

  2. Raising teens can be stressful and full of worry. Experiencing a coaching session yourself helps you feel calmer, more confident, and better equipped to guide your teen from a centered place.

Once that foundation is in place, your teen begins coaching with clear goals, a supportive framework, and a team approach that helps everyone grow together.
